Multi-channel can be a powerful form of advertising, but it is not a do-it-yourself with small budget advertising strategy. It is not for the faint-hearted.
Multi-channel means they cross different platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile phone) and marketing channels (search, content, apps, rich media, video, social media.) As a result, you will definitely hit a much broader audience which can certainly pay dividends if targeted correctly. BUT . . . they is obviously a cost.
If you decide to use this strategy, you should work with an advertising manager and have a large budget in place.
When you read through the client success stories, you can see that most of them are large companies with large advertising budgets.
